Jennifer Hayes
Jennifer HayesOffice Manager
When Jennifer Hayes was hired as administrative assistant in 2005, little did she know she would be working as jack-of-all-office-trades. Whether it was processing paperwork, scheduling, performing customer service duties, acting as a human resources liaison, troubleshooting software issues, compiling reports, implementing best practices and attending conferences, it didn’t take long for Jennifer to earn her dual position as Younger Brothers Door & Trim Company’s Office Manager and Assistant to the General Manager.

A Franklin Covey 7 Habits Facilitator, Jennifer brings passion, goal-oriented thinking and an enthusiasm for teamwork to everything she does. She’s thrilled to work for a company that not only treats their employees like family, but will only continue to advance as an innovation groundbreaker and industry pacesetter in the years to come.

Shana J. Peña
Shana J. PeñaPurchasing Manager
In 2000, Shana Peña was starting to miss her beloved ‘Valley of the Sun’. She was living in Oregon and happily working for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, so even though she wanted to make the move, she wasn’t going back without securing a position at another established, reliable and successful company. Younger Brothers Door & Trim Company was the first one that caught her eye.

Since she started in the hardware department 15 years ago, Shana has transitioned from there to scheduling and purchasing assistant to her current position as Purchasing Manager. A member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, Shana is responsible for purchasing, receiving, inventory, supplier negotiations, contract quotes, cash sales, upcoming bid materials, pricing, product maintenance, etc. She envisions a future in which Younger Brothers Door & Trim will take full advantage of all that technology has to offer, during which both the company and its employees will progress, prosper and continue to foster a spirit of community service and ‘giving back’.

Mark Miraldi
Mark MiraldiGeneral Superintendent
Mark Miraldi and Younger Brothers Companies go way back; you might even say they’ve grown up together. First discovering his aptitude for tools in high school shop class, Mark decided to take on a summer job as a framing apprentice. The year was 1977 and the company was the recently founded Younger Brothers Framing Company.

After nearly 40 years together, both Mark and Younger Brothers have seen a lot of changes. Just as the company has improved, expanded and adapted, Mark has spent his time at Younger Brothers learning the construction business inside and out, getting his general contractor’s license and becoming an essential member of the Younger Brothers team.

As General Superintendent at Door & Trim, Mark oversees field operations, production and safety, as well as quality control. Mark places great emphasis on creating a first-rate work environment for his employees, while delivering a superior product to his customers.

Since being recruited as an accounting clerk in 2001, Michele has worked her way through every position in the accounting department, gaining the invaluable insights and know-how that helped her earn her current position as Door & Trim Controller.

Michele is proud to work for what she knows is the ‘best door and trim company in Arizona’ and she is certain that, someday soon, all of Arizona will know what she knows. In her spare time, she’s a volunteer Area Representative for the Youth for Understanding student foreign exchange program.

Robert Neely
Robert NeelyContracts Manager
It’s been over 10 years since Robert Neely was hired by Younger Brothers as a Project Coordinator and he’s never looked back. Having enjoyed his previous 7 years’ work as an estimator for a general contractor, Robert decided to make the move to a company he recognized was a leader in the local construction industry.

As Door & Trim’s Contracts Manager, Robert manages the contract department, oversees contracts and handles all builders’ issues. Robert knows that as more people come to realize that Younger Brothers is the best place to go for superior workmanship at a competitive price, it will continue to grow and endure as the ‘industry standard’ for which other companies strive.

Dave Staley
Dave StaleyProduction Manager
Dave Staley already had 8 successful years in the Door & Trim industry when Bob Eldridge, Younger Brothers Door & Trim GM (and Dave’s former boss), took him to lunch in 2001 and invited him to come on board. Having held just about every position relating to door and trim, including estimating, sales, purchasing, trim carpenter, shop manager, etc., Dave understands and appreciates all aspects of the industry.

Dave is responsible for all personnel, materials and activity on the shop floor and enjoys the challenge of meeting daily production demands in a timely, yet safe, manner, implementing cost-saving shop processes and delivering a consistently superior product.
