NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY 2025 FORM 1095-C

Please know that all appropriate information has been e-filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Due to the Paper Reduction Act we are no longer required to mail out the 1095-C form.

If you need this form, you may request a copy and we will immediately mail it out to you.  You can request a copy by either calling the payroll department at 623-670-1236 or sending an email to payroll@ybcco.com.  Please include your name, Social Security number, which Younger Brothers Company you work(ed) for and a phone number if we need to contact you.

Queremos informarte que ya reportamos toda la información necesaria de la Forma 1095-C al IRS. De acuerdo al Acto de Reducción de papel ya no es requerido enviar las formas por correo.
